TelexerciseŽ  Resistance Training
Telexercise® Resistance Training is a dynamic online video course for fitness professionals. This online course provides over 60 base moves and narrated demonstrations of gravity resistance, free weight and machine based exercises. The course includes a review of strength training theory. The video clip narratives (over 180) cover the proper set up, execution, cueing and spotting, as well as offering modifications and progressions for each exercise.
